I received a damaged package, what do I do?

All my artworks come with insurance. If you receive a damaged package, please share the pics of the package immediately with me so that I can claim to insurance company.

What if I don't like the artwork? What's the return policy?

Customer satisfaction is most important for me. All my artworks displayed in each listing is the original painting painted by me with authenticity certificate provided.
In any case, I usually allow my customers to return the artwork in original condition in 7-14 days after the artwork is delivered for full refund of artwork cost, however customer is responsible for shipping and any custom duties.
Once the artwork is received and inventoried, you will be reimbursed

I don't find a size matching my requirement?

If you want to customize any artwork or print, Please send me a message through Etsy conversations and I'll be happy to work out the best possible options for you.

Do you offer frames with the artworks?

Yes, I offer framing with extra costs. I have a limited design on frames and up to certain sizes. Please contact me for more details on framings.
Artwork prices in the listings don't include the costs of framing.

How do you pack the artworks?

All of my artworks are professionally packed with great care to avoid any damage while shipping. Artworks are packed in acid free paper then carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and enclosed tightly in a flat cardboard shipping box.

Prints: Smaller size watercolor or prints are packed in clear sleeve bag with backing board. It will be shipped in a bubble mailer.
Un-stretched canvas or large size Prints: It will be shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

Care Instructions for paintings?

Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting.
-You can use a soft bristle brush or microfiber cloth to dust off the painting.
-Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
-Never hang your canvas painting in areas of high humidity.
-Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting

Can I Return OR Exchange of Sale items?

-All items sold under Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These are final sales.

How can I buy in bulk or wholesale?

What is the process of Manufacturing defects -accept returns and exchanges?

All products are checked by me several times before shipping, however, if you are still not satisfied then,

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery

Products which cant be cancelled, returned or exchanged?

Contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

What are the Conditions of return?

Buyers are responsible for return packaging and posting costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you ship in Canada & International shipping?

Available for worldwide shipping. I have shipped many artworks to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, The Netherlands, Austria, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Spain, Italy, India.
For International orders, artworks above 30 inches will be sent upstretched (in a rolled condition).

We usually ship with well trusted delivery companies. All shipments are insured and come with the tracking number.
